As a PT turned health and wellness coach, I help busy women lose weight, balance their hormones, create vibrant energy and unstoppable confidence so they feel in control of their bodies and their lives.I started working as a PT and fitness instructor over 35 years ago and realised that there was so much more involved in being healthy and feeling great then just the exercise side of the equation.
That’s when I discovered health and wellness coaching and the power of treating the person as a whole. Now I get to combine all those years of knowledge to help you get the most from your health so you can feel at home in your body, vibrantly energetic, wildly confident and totally in control of your health and your happiness.
As women, we can often put our needs last to make sure everything and everyone else is ok, so I love being able to help busy women take charge of their own health and well-being to be empowered and excited by the profound difference that taking care of yourself can have on, not just your health but your life as a whole . Watching my clients move into a place of self-love, abundant energy and confidence shows me time and time again that true health is when we take care of ourselves.
